Scope of Services
Moments Captured provides photography services for small brands, including product photography, catalog batches, styled content sets, and related studio or on-location work in Şirvan as agreed in the planning process. The scope of each project is confirmed from the inquiry, reference materials, shot list, and approved plan.
Core Terms
Quotes are based on the agreed project scope, including product count, setups, and intended usage. A booking deposit may be required to confirm a project, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated during booking. Any additional work must be agreed in advance.

Project Conditions
Project details, product handling, location choice, and delivery arrangements are confirmed during pre-session planning. Product counts, styling, and review steps may affect the final scope, and curation may remove duplicates, test frames, or technically unsuitable images. Returned products, if applicable, are handled according to the agreed plan.
Policy Terms
All photographs and related creative materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless a separate written license states otherwise. No rights are transferred by default beyond the agreed image license, and no RAW, rejected, or complete camera files are included unless expressly confirmed.

Photography results depend on the products supplied, the approved setup, lighting conditions, and the agreed level of editing. Moments Captured does not guarantee exact reproduction of reference images, colors, textures, reflections, proportions, or backgrounds, and retouching will not be used to create deceptive product changes.
